One to One Meetings

How it works if you are a buyer / prescriber

1.

 

Know who are the buyers / prescribers and other homologous guests, and the profile of the supplier companies attending.

2.

 

Sign up and reserve your place. The number of buyer / prescriber seats with travel and stay expenses covered is limited. The places are assigned in order of registration. Projects that the buyer / prescriber company has in the short and medium term will also be taken into account.

3.

 

Tell us what kind of products and supplier companies you would like to find in the forum.

4.

 

Select which suppliers you would like to meet. 3 weeks before the event you can see all the participating suppliers and mark with whom you would like to have a meeting.

5.

 

Meet One to One at your buyer’s table for 20 min with each of the suppliers in your meeting agenda.

6.

 

Meet also with suppliers, informally, in their product exhibition space in the same meeting room. You will be able to see the exposed products of the suppliers of your agenda during the meetings with them and of the other suppliers attending between meetings.

7.

 

Establish relationships of trust in the different networking spaces. During the two days you will share with all attendees: cocktails, lunch, dinner, breakfast, coffee breaks, conferences, arrival and departure transfers, etc.
